Owners of Experience and Creative Design, Rudy Grant and David Siders, decided to have a “round table” discussion on June 18th from 6-8pm here at the store. We have hand selected customers to hear their feedback about the store, customer service, our products and any other aspect of our business. We want to know how to better serve you, our loyal and supportive customers. “We truly appreciate the support from our customers over the years and would like to take the opportunity to listen to their feedback so we can create a wonderful shopping “experience” for everyone” says Rudy Grant & David Siders.
There will be a special guest, Lisbeth Calandrino, a business consultant and motivational speaker. “Customer service is measured in connecting and caring about your customers and this is an example of both” says Lisbeth Calandrino, author of the book Red Hot Customer Service. After a few of our team members at Experience and Creative Design went to see Lisbeth Calandrino, we knew we had to have her here. She will be there to get the creative juices flowing!
